Charlo extended the longest winning streak in Western C (8 Man) this week by beating Granite, 50-8. This was the team's fifth consecutive win.
Victor took down Lincoln 62-8 last week, the largest margin of any game. Matt Kittel threw for 196 yards and five touchdowns and ran for 41 yards in the win.
Brandon Piazzola was the most productive running back in the league this week. In 20 carries, he ran for 266 yards as Noxon defeated the Lynx. Teammate Austin Tucker added to the ground attack by rushing for 63 yards.
Ball was the best wideout in the league this week as Victor topped Lincoln. Ball racked up four receptions for 117 yards. Zac Agee helped Victor's passing attack out by catching one ball for 44 yards.
Brandon Howell's team's Kittel and Ball have formed a dynamic duo this season, leading Western C (8 Man) in both passing and receiving yards. Kittel has thrown for 1141 yards this season, while Ball has 32 catches for 472 yards. The Red Devils' Piazzola leads the league in rushing yards with 757.
The marquee game in the league this week will be the clash between Charlo and the Pirates. Mike Krahn's team enters the game ranked fifth in the state, while Victor ranks 12th.
Drummond and Superior played the most hotly contested game in the league this week, with Drummond eventually emerging with a 26-24 victory.
