Creekside moved up to 215 from 266 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in 5A District 4. The Knights were able to make the jump by beating Episcopal 48-14.
Nease took down Eagle's View 44-6 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Matt Deegan put up the best numbers through the air as Ponte Vedra defeated Flagler Palm Coast. He finished with a total of 10 completions for 87 yards and two touchdowns. Deegan's favorite target this week was Corey Love, who caught two passes for 28 yards.
Cornell Wilson was the best wideout in the league this week as Palatka lost to Baker County. Wilson tallied one reception for 37 yards. Jaquille Melton helped Palatka's passing attack out by catching one ball for 33 yards.
Jatwan Honor was the most productive running back in the league this week. In 11 carries, he ran for 100 yards as the Panthers lost to the Wildcats. Teammate Jeremy Faulk added to the ground attack by rushing for 32 yards.
Ponte Vedra's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Sharks feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Deegan has thrown for 470 yards and three touchdowns this season, while Sam Feidler has 11 catches for 177 yards. Cole Mazza leads the league in rushing with 428 yards.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Menendez takes on Creekside. The Falcons are in second place, while Greg Stanton's team is in fourth place.
The Knights made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 3,588 from 4,670. They were able to move up in the ranks after a 48-14 victory over the Eagles last week.
