Camden Central fell victim to Waverly Central and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They came up short against the Tigers, falling 8-0. The Lions' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Camden Central got a good showing from Axel Mansfield, who tossed 1.1 innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. What's more, Mansfield gave up only zero walks, the fewest he's had since back in April of 2024.

Camden Central's loss dropped their record down to 5-9. As for Waverly Central, their victory bumped their record up to 5-7.
