With a playoff game on the line, Greater New Bedford RVT rose to the challenge on Thursday. They didn't even let Montachusett RVT onto the board and left with a 52-0 victory.
Meanwhile, Bay Path RVT can now show off seven landslide victories after their most recent match on Thursday. They took their game at home with ease, bagging a 53-8 victory over Essex Tech. With Bay Path RVT ahead 39-0 at the half, the game was all but over already.
Bay Path RVT got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Bradyn Downes out in front who punched in three rushing scores. Kaiden Brochu was another major influence, as he rushed for no yards and ran in a TD.
Greater New Bedford RVT has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 5-4 record this season. As for Bay Path RVT, they pushed their record up to 7-3 with that victory, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season.
