The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Millington Central has scored all season.
Millington Central lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Andre Tyler, who scored nine points.
Millington Central's defeat dropped their record down to 9-6. As for Westview, the win got them back to even at 6-6.
Millington Central won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Obion County at 11:30 a.m. on December 30th. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Tennessee (Obion County is ranked 143rd, while Millington Central is ranked 134th). Westview and Huntingdon will face off at 6:00 p.m. on January 2, 2024 without much rest after finishing up games yesterday.
