The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Toll Gate in their matchups with West Warwick: they've now lost six in a row.
West Warwick found their leader in underclassman Calla Davide, who scored 14 points. Those 14 points set a new season-high mark for her. Brea Lima was another key contributor, scoring seven points.
Toll Gate's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for West Warwick, their victory bumped their record up to 5-2.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Toll Gate will take on Narragansett at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Narragansett is coming into the game hot, having won their last three games. West Warwick won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Scituate at 7:00 p.m. on December 29th. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Rhode Island (Scituate is ranked eighth, while West Warwick is ranked 15th).
