The Altamont Indians and the DuQuoin Indians will round out the year against one another at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday at. DuQuoin took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Altamont, who comes in off a win.
Last Thursday, Altamont didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Marshall, but they still walked away with a 56-51 win.
It was another big night for Eli Miller, who scored 16 points along with eight rebounds and six assists. That's the first time this season that he scored 15 or more points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kade Milleville, who scored 13 points.
Meanwhile, DuQuoin might have been a little too into the holiday spirit, gifting Murphysboro an easy 61-35 win. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points DuQuoin has scored all season.
Altamont's win bumped their record up to 5-3. As for DuQuoin, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-6.
Altamont strolled past DuQuoin when the teams last played back in December of 2022 by a score of 72-57. Will Altamont repeat their success, or does DuQuoin have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
