The biggest upset of the week belonged to River Ridge, who took down 177th ranked Pickens, 28-26.
The Knights were the team that gained the most ground in the standings this week, jumping from fourth to second in AAAA Region 7A. Earlier in the week, River Ridge defeated the Dragons 28-26.
Pickens' offense has been unstoppable this season and the Dragons feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Tanner Brumby has thrown for 1398 yards and 12 touchdowns this season, while Shannon Brooks has 41 catches for 555 yards. Brooks leads the league in rushing with 945 yards.
Barry Lakes' team extended the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating Pickens, 28-26. The victory was the fourth in a row for the Knights.
