In what's become a running theme this season, the Indio Rajahs gave their fans yet another huge victory on Wednesday. They claimed a resounding 88-48 victory over Twentynine Palms at home. Winning may never get old, but Indio sure is getting used to it with their tenth in a row.
When it comes to explaining why Twentynine Palms lost, one person who can't be blamed is Ayden O'Gilvie. Despite the final result, he dropped a double-double on 14 points and 15 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Brandon Evans, who scored 12 points along with five blocks.
Indio has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 15 of their last 16 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 20-5 record this season. As for Twentynine Palms, their loss dropped their record down to 11-16.
Indio's homestand continues as they prepare to take on the Knights at 6:30 p.m. on February 2nd. Twentynine Palms does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
