Midland had a senior duo take command as Cutter Lange gained 82 total yards and three touchdowns and Stroman Bridges rushed for 141 yards on only 13 carries. That's the most rushing yards Bridges has posted since back in October of 2023.
Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Midland was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 445 rushing yards. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Santaluces only rushed for 58.
Midland didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. In fact, those interceptions all came courtesy of defensive juggernaut Jojo Lievens.
Frenship's victory was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 4-1. As for Midland, their win bumped their record up to an identical 4-1.
