The Redmond Panthers will face off against the St. Helens Lions at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Redmond will be strutting in after a  victory while St. Helens will be coming in after a  loss.
 Redmond took a loss when they played away from home  last Friday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed  on Friday. They blew past Southridge 36-0 at home.
 Redmond had a senior duo take command as  Eli Pupo rushed for 165 yards and two touchdowns on only 15 carries and  Jack Snyder rushed for 80 yards and two touchdowns on only eight carries.
 Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Redmond was unstoppable on the ground and  finished the game with 315  rushing yards. That's the most  rushing yards they've posted since back in September of 2023.
 Redmond's defense made their presence known, laying out the QB  four times.  Wyatt Bigelow was especially locked on to Southridge's QB and sacked him twice.
 Meanwhile, St. Helens was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight  defeat  dating back to last season. They lost  34-13 to Parkrose. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest  loss the Lions have suffered  against the Broncos since September 5, 2014.
 Redmond's first  win this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for St. Helens, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-3.
 Everything came up roses for Redmond against St. Helens in their previous meeting  back in September of 2019 as the  team secured  a  44-7 victory. Will Redmond repeat their success,  or does  St. Helens have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
