The Seaside Seagulls won the last time they faced the Tillamook Cheesemakers, and things went their way on Wednesday too. Seaside took down Tillamook 44-29. The win made it back-to-back wins for Seaside.
Tillamook lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Tatum Lancaster, who scored four points along with six rebounds and four steals. Another player making a difference was Vivian Vogel, who scored 12 points along with five rebounds and two steals.
Seaside is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 6-4 record this season. As for Tillamook, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-6.
Seaside will head out on the road to face off against Astoria at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Astoria is coming into the game hot, having won their last six games. As for Tillamook, they will be playing in front of their home fans against St. Helens at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday.
