The Bronson Vikings suffered their biggest  loss yet this season on Saturday. They ended up on the wrong side of a  rough 54-31 walloping at the hands of Brandywine. It was the first time  this season that Bronson let down their fans at home.
 Despite the  loss, Bronson had strong showings from  Payton Springstead, who  scored nine points along with eight  rebounds, and  Aubree Calloway, who  scored seven points along with five  rebounds and two  blocks.
 Bronson's defeat  ended  an  eight-game streak of wins at home  and  dropped them to 7-2. As for Brandywine, they pushed their record up to 8-0 with that  victory, which was their 13th straight  on the road.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bronson will take on Maple Valley at 7:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Maple Valley will have to bring their A-game into this one,  as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Michigan Rankings (they are ranked 670th, while Bronson is ranked 184th). As for Brandywine, they will be playing at home against Schoolcraft at 7:00  p.m.  on Tuesday.
