Andrias Fisher Turns in Season-Best Effort
On Friday, Taylor got the W thanks in part to Andrias Fisher playing the best football he has all season. Fisher rushed for 274 yards and four touchdowns on only seven carries, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. His longest rush was for an incredible 77 yards.
The victory was the third in a row for Taylor, bringing their record for this year to 3-4. Fisher and Taylor will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Eastside Early College at 7:30 p.m. on October 25th.

Caleb Crenshaw produced his most outstanding game to date while leading LBJ Austin to the win on Friday. Crenshaw rushed for 200 yards and three touchdowns on only ten carries, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.
The victory for LBJ Austin keeps them at an undefeated 6-0. Crenshaw will have a chance to log another big game when he takes on Austin Achieve on Thursday.

Scott Came Up Big in LBJ Austin's 51-0 Victory
Ali Scott was instrumental in extending LBJ Austin's winning streak to six on Friday. Manor New Tech had no answer to Scott as he threw for 353 yards and four touchdowns on only 18 passes, and also rushed for 31 yards. Scott is on a roll when it comes to passing touchdowns, as he's now passed for three or more in the last three games he's played dating back to last season.
