On Friday, Pleasant Grove are packing up and heading on the road for the first time this season. They face off against Pitman at Pleasant Grove H.S. at 5:00 PM. It might come down to the wire as the game is expected to be close.
Pleasant Grove had a bit more than a touchdown to spare in a 36-25 win over Christian Brothers.
Meanwhile, Pitman were fully in charge last Friday, breezing past Lincoln 49-12. The contest was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 28-6.
Their wins bumped Pleasant Grove to 1-1 and Pitman to 2-0. Keep an eye on the score for this one : both teams put up some lofty point totals in their previous games, so things might heat up even more when they meet up.
