The Flanagan Falcons will stay at home for another game and welcome the Braddock Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m. on February 7th. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
Last Wednesday, Flanagan got the win against the Panthers by a conclusive 48-28. The victory was just what Flanagan needed coming off of a 46-26 defeat in their prior game.
Meanwhile, everything went Braddock's way against the Knights on Wednesday as the Bulldogs made off with a 53-33 win. Given Braddock's advantage in MaxPreps' Florida basketball rankings (they are ranked 206th, while the Knights are ranked 542nd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Flanagan's victory bumped their record up to 13-9. As for Braddock, they are on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 14 games, which provided a nice bump to their 14-7 record this season.
Everything came up roses for Flanagan against the Bulldogs in their previous matchup back in February of 2023 as the team secured a 51-21 victory. Will Flanagan repeat their success, or do the Bulldogs have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
