Mathias Wagner Has Career Rushing Day
Starting off the list is Summerland [Clearwater/Ewing/Orchard]'s Mathias Wagner, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. On Friday Wagner rushed for 250 yards and six touchdowns on only 11 carries, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.

Barrett Wilke's big game helped extend Stanton's winning streak to 20 on Friday. Wilke was dynamite, rushing for 145 yards and two touchdowns, while also throwing for 105 yards and a touchdown on only six passes. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his 13th straight game with at least 124 rushing yards dating back to last season.
Stanton pushed their record up to 7-0 with the win, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season. Wilke and Stanton are taking a road trip to face off against Laurel-Concord-Coleridge at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Becker Pohlman's big game helped extend Stanton's winning streak to 20 on Friday. Pohlman's rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his fourth straight game with at least 102 rushing yards dating back to last season. He didn't just play on offense: he also picked up a sack and made five total tackles.
