The biggest upset of the week belonged to Eastern Lebanon County, who took down 365th ranked Eastern Lebanon County, 35-14.
Hunter Smith and AUSTIN FISCHER provided fans with a highlight when they connected against Annville-Cleona. The connection was good for 72 yards, the longest such play in Lancaster-Lebanon 3 this season.
Pequea Valley's dynamic duo of Smith and Josh Farrell proved tough for the Dutchmen to stop, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week. Smith threw for 301 yards and three touchdowns and Farrell had 204 yards receiving. FISCHER helped Pequea Valley's passing attack out by catching two balls for 72 yards.
Adam Haas was the most productive running back in the league this week. In 27 carries, he ran for 179 yards as Garden Spot lost to Annville-Cleona. Teammate Mitch Martin added to the ground attack by rushing for 44 yards.
Nicholas Roop made the biggest impact on defense this week as Pequea Valley fell to Terry Lehman's team. The senior grabbed one interception and racked up one sack.
Thanks to the talents of Matt Foltz and Kris Trimby Donegal has been able to do all sorts of things on offense. Foltz leads the league in passing with 975 yards, while Trimby has rushed for 975 yards this season. The Raiders' Adam Shoemaker leads the league in receiving yards with 338 on 14 catches.
The Indians' Trimby is a mere 25 yards away from breaking the 1,000-rushing-yards mark for the season.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Columbia takes on the Spartans. As it stands, the Crimson Tide are in fourth, while Garden Spot is in first.
Matt Zamperini's team extended the longest winning streak in Lancaster-Lebanon 3 this week by beating the Vikings, 30-0. The win marks eighth in a row for the the Spartans.
