Cowan's speedy runners might be the difference in Monday's game. The Blackhawks have been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 7 stolen bases per game. It's a different story for Muncie Burris, though, as they've been averaging only 0.8 stolen bases. Will they be able to secure the bases, or will Cowan continue to outrun the ball?
Everything went Cowan's way against Muncie Burris in their previous meeting back in April of 2024, as Cowan made off with a 13-2 victory. Do the Blackhawks have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Owls turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
