Baldwin's found some homefield redemption this week after a overtime loss to Oakleaf on Wednesday. Everything went the Indians' way against the Bishop Snyder Cardinals as they made off with a 13-3 victory. The Indians might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine games by six runs or more this season.
The team relied heavily on Kendall North, who went 2-for-3 with two triples, two stolen bases, and five RBI. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in April of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Madison Crews, who scored two runs.
Baldwin pushed their record up to 15-5 with the win, which was their ninth straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.3 runs over those games. As for Bishop Snyder, their loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 4-1 and their overall record down to 13-9.
