Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Combs). They took down the Poston Butte Broncos 74-60 on Tuesday. The win was some much needed relief for the Coyotes as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Combs to victory, but perhaps none more so than Quinmetris Cunningham, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 11 rebounds. Cunningham is also crushing it when it comes to blocks: he's posted at least two every time he's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Daniel Washington, who went 5 for 9 on his way to 13 points and three steals.

Combs was working as a unit and finished the game with 14 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Poston Butte only posted eight assists.

Several Broncos players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Dutch Martinez Jr, who posted 20 points and six boards. Ike Robinson was another key player, going 5 of 9 en route to 14 points and six rebounds.

Combs now has a winning record of 11-10. As for Poston Butte, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 7-13 record this season.

Combs has already played their next contest, a 65-49 victory against Crismon on the 30th. As for Poston Butte, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 52-33 defeat against ALA - Gilbert North on the 30th.
