Kuinerrarmiut Elitnaurviat got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Rehana Matthew out in front who scored 20 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Nicolette Alexie, who scored 13 points.
Kuinerrarmiut Elitnaurviat's victory bumped their record up to 1-0. As for Tuluksak, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-1.
Kuinerrarmiut Elitnaurviat does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Tuluksak won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Akiachak on January 12th.
