The Corcoran Panthers had already won 19 in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 24.9 points), and they went ahead and made it 20 on Thursday. They breezed by Woodlake at home to the tune of 82-52. Corcoran has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 15 matchups by 24 points or more this season.
Joziah Alaniz continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 33 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points he has scored all season. Ethan Hammond was another key contributor, scoring 12 points.
Corcoran's victory was their eighth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 24-2. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.6 points per game. As for Woodlake, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost seven of their last eight games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-23 record this season.
Corcoran does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Woodlake also has no future games currently scheduled.
