Shiloh is on a four-game streak of home wins, while Habersham Central is on a four-game streak of away wins: one of those streaks is about to end. The Shiloh Generals will take on the Habersham Central Raiders at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Shiloh knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with flashy point totals in its past seven games -- so hopefully Habersham Central likes a good challenge.
Shiloh can now show off nine landslide victories after their most recent contest on Saturday. Everything went their way against Parkview as Shiloh made off with a 79-54 victory. Given Shiloh's advantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 11th, while Parkview is ranked 280th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Tylis Jordan and Jullien Cole were among the main playmakers for Shiloh as the former dropped a double-double on 21 points and 15 rebounds and the latter scored 27 points along with seven rebounds and five steals. Jordan is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 15 or more in the last seven games he's played. Another player making a difference was Cameron Stephen, who scored 11 points.
Meanwhile, Habersham Central pushed their score all the way to 60 on Tuesday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They fell to Lanier 64-60.
Shiloh's win bumped their record up to 16-3. As for Habersham Central, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-4.
Shiloh took their victory against Habersham Central in their previous matchup on January 3rd by a conclusive 80-59. Will Shiloh repeat their success, or does Habersham Central have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
