Woodward Academy has been on the road for two straight, but  on Tuesday they'll finally head home. They will host the Dunwoody Wildcats  at 5:30  p.m. Dunwoody took a loss in their last  match and will be looking to turn the tables on Woodward Academy, who comes in off a win.
 On Friday, Woodward Academy needed a bit of extra time to put away Holy Innocents Episcopal. They came out on top against the Golden Bears by a score of  6-3.
  Cymone Woodfaulk was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she  struck out eight batters over  nine innings while giving up  three earned runs off   ten  hits. With that strong performance,  she is now averaging an impressive 5  innings per game. She was also solid in the batter's box,  scoring a  run while going 1-for-3.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Kaitlyn Weeks, who  went 2-for-4 with a  home run, three  RBI, and two  runs. She also put up a  double, which washer first of the season.
 Meanwhile, Dunwoody was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Thursday as the team picked up their tenth straight  loss. They fell  11-7 to Decatur. One positive for the Wildcats, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.
  Izzy Iconis made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and  went 1-for-4 with a  home run and four  RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of  Brooklyn Douglas, who  scored a  run while going 2-for-3.
 The  win  got Woodward Academy back to even at 4-4. As for Dunwoody, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-5.
 Woodward Academy's speedy runners might be the difference in Tuesday's   matchup. Woodward Academy has been swiping bases left and right this season,  having  averaged 4.6  stolen bases per game.
