The Fort Lee Bridgemen were the 56-52 winner over the Paramus Spartans when they last played one another back in February of 2019, but their luck changed this time around. Fort Lee fell 60-52 to Paramus on Friday. Fort Lee has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Despite the loss, Fort Lee still got an impressive performance from Guy Vickers, who dropped a double-double on 25 points and 12 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Vickers has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Devin Jang, who scored 13 points.
Fort Lee dropped their record down to 5-12 with that loss, which was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Paramus, their win ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-12.
Fort Lee will face off against Ridgefield Park at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Paramus, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Ramapo at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Ramapo presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Paramus in New Jersey (Ramapo is ranked 25th, while Paramus is ranked 275th).
