Navajo Pine's loss on Saturday came despite strong showings from Mikayla Baker and Kylea Jumbo. Baker scored 8 points along with 9 rebounds, while Jumbo scored 2 points. Baker scored a full 50% of Navajo Pine's points, the second time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points.
Navajo Pine's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Legacy Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 1-2.
Navajo Pine's road trip will continue as they head out to face Many Farms at 6:30 p.m. on December 4th. As for Legacy Academy, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Logan at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
