Franklin's Losing Streak Is No More Thanks to King Soloman Hamilton
King Soloman Hamilton helped snap Franklin's seven-game losing streak dating back to last season. On Thursday Soloman Hamilton threw for 222 yards and four touchdowns on only 17 passes, and also rushed for 33 yards and a touchdown, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.
Franklin's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-5. Soloman Hamilton and Franklin will square off against Roosevelt at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

On Thursday, Franklin got the W thanks in part to Cash Landau playing the best football he has all season. Landau picked up 108 receiving yards and three touchdowns.
Landau must have Cleveland's number; he was a force to be reckoned with the last time he faced them too. Landau picked up 206 receiving yards and three touchdowns the last time he and the Warriors duked it out back in September of 2023.

Sayre Came Up Big in Franklin's 47-28 Win
Thanks in part to Jay Sayre, Franklin said goodbye to their seven-game losing streak dating back to last season. Cleveland had no answer to Sayre on Thursday as he rushed for 119 yards on only 15 carries.
