Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only the St. Mary's Rams walked away with it. They really took it to the Buffaloes for the full four quarters, racking up a 41-12 victory on the road. The win was familiar territory for St. Mary's who now have eight in a row.
It was another big night for Asante Carter, who rushed for 107 yards and four touchdowns on only 12 carries. Carter hasn't dropped below two rushing touchdowns for four straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Kenneth Moore iii, who gained 136 total yards and a touchdown.
St. Mary's win bumped their record up to 11-1. As for Manteca, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-4.
St. Mary's will face off against Rocklin at 7:00 p.m. on November 25th. Rocklin is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune. Manteca does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
