The Frankford Pioneers are on the road again on Wednesday and play against the Central Bucks South Titans at 2:30 p.m. on December 27th. Central Bucks South took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Frankford, who comes in off a win.
Last Tuesday, Frankford earned a 54-41 victory over Central. That looming 54-41 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Frankford yet this season.
Cameren Lane and Zaire Washington were among the main playmakers for Frankford as the former dropped a double-double on ten points and 12 rebounds and the latter scored 19 points. Those 12 rebounds set a new season-high mark for him. The team also got some help courtesy of Laquan Harrison, who scored six points along with six assists and three steals.
Meanwhile, Central Bucks South came up short against Neshaminy on Thursday and fell 58-50.
Frankford's win ended a four-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-6. As for Central Bucks South, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost five of their last six games, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-6 record this season.
