Greensboro Day School won against GRACE Christian  last Friday with 11  runs and they decided to stick to that  run total again  on Tuesday. The Greensboro Day School Bengals beat the Caldwell Academy Eagles by the very same score they won with in their prior game:  11-4. With that  win, the Bengals brought their scoring average up to 7  runs per game.

 Nick Salas spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered three earned  (and one unearned) runs on seven hits and racked up nine Ks. Those  nine  strikeouts gave  him a new career-high.
 On the hitting side,  Trevor Waters was  incredible,  scoring three  runs and  stealing a base while going 3-for-3. What's more,  he posted two  RBI, the most he's  had since back in April of 2024. Another player making a difference was  Cameron Hanley, who  went 1-for-4 with one  home run and three  RBI.
 Waters wasn't the only one working in the  hit department: Greensboro Day School  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 11  hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  got at least 11  hits in three consecutive  games.
Greensboro Day School's record now sits at 4-1. As for Caldwell Academy,  the  defeat snapped their winning streak at three games  and leaves them with a 4-3 record.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Greensboro Day School will host Fayetteville Christian  at 4:00  p.m.  on Thursday. As for Caldwell Academy, they will take on Greensboro Day School at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday.
