The Forest Bulldogs can finally bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Thursday. They took their match on the road with ease, bagging a 49-20 win over Downsville. That 29 point margin sets a new team best for Forest this season.
Charles Vick and Austin Thompson certainly did their best on Thursday to avoid the loss. Vick scored eight points along with 11 rebounds, while Thompson scored six points along with six rebounds and two blocks.
Forest's victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-17. As for Downsville, they dropped their record down to 0-25 with that loss, which was their 26th straight at home dating back to last season.
Forest does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Downsville also has no future games currently scheduled.
