San Pasqual got themselves on the board against Oceanside on Thursday, but Oceanside never followed suit. They were the clear victors by a 21-0 margin over the Pirates. Considering the Golden Eagles have won five games by more than 20 points this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

San Pasqual was led to victory by Nelli Riley and Ruby Cortez. Riley threw for 154 yards and three TDs while completing 75% of her passes, while Cortez rushed for 122 yards while picking up 7.2 yards per carry. Riley has been hot recently, having posted three or more passing touchdowns the last four times she's played.

The win (which was San Pasqual's fourth in a row) raised their record to 7-3. The victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 6.8 points on average over those games. As for Oceanside, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-7.

San Pasqual wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 39-0 loss against Ramona on the 29th. Oceanside has also already played their next matchup (against La Costa Canyon), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
