Northwest has gone 9-1 against Fairless recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Indians will face off against the Falcons at 5:00 p.m. Northwest is coming into the match on a five-game losing streak.

On Friday, Northwest didn't have quite enough to beat Tuslaw and fell 2-1.

Northwest saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Andrew Jones, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base and one run.

Meanwhile, Fairless hadn't done well against Dalton recently (they were 0-4 in their previous four matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The Falcons sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-1 win over the Bulldogs.

Fairless also got a great performance from Logan Barkan as he pitched six innings while giving up just one earned run off seven hits.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Lucas Peters, who went 2-for-4 with two runs, one triple, and one double. That triple marked the first that he has hit this season. Hunter Dean was another key player, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one RBI.

Fairless is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.2 runs on average over those games. As for Northwest, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-10.
