 In other batting news,  Kamille Beals was  incredible,  going 3-for-4 with a  home run, three  runs,  and three  RBI.  Alex Vera was another key contributor,  going 2-for-2 with two  RBI.
 Mercy has  traveled a rocky road recently having  lost four of their last five games,  which put a noticeable dent in their 6-6-1 record  this season. As for Notre Dame, their record is now 6-4.
 Mercy will head out on the road to  square off against  Castilleja at 4:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Mercy is strutting in with some hitting muscle, as they've averaged 8.8  runs per game  this season. As for Notre Dame, they will play host again  on Friday to welcome Oak Grove, where first pitch is scheduled  at 4:00  p.m. Oak Grove is coming into the  contest with four straight  losses on the road,  meaning Notre Dame will have to defend against a  squad hungry for a  victory.
