Uintah has gone a perfect 8-0 against Mountain View recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Utes will welcome the Bruins at 3:30 p.m. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Uintah comes in on six and Mountain View on five.
While Uintah's win against Timpanogos wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Utes sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 6-4 victory over the Timberwolves on Thursday. That's two games straight that the Utes have won by exactly two runs.

Lynlie Hall was a major factor no matter where she played. She didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out seven over five innings pitched. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in four consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-4 with one run, one double, and one RBI.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Ellie Lewis, who went 2-for-3 with one home run. Taya Miller was another key player, going 2-for-3 with one stolen base and one run.
Uintah was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .393. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .310 or higher in 11 consecutive matchups.
Meanwhile, Mountain View made easy work of Pine View on Friday and carried off a 17-6 win. The result was nothing new for the Bruins, who have now won 11 contests by eight runs or more so far this season.
Camille Stoddard spent all six innings played on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered five earned (and one unearned) runs on seven hits and racked up nine Ks.
On the hitting side, Hunter Adams was a standout: she fired off two home runs, three stolen bases, and three runs while going 4-for-4. Those four hits gave her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Allison Young, who went 4-for-5 with one home run, five RBI, and two runs.
Mountain View's victory bumped their record up to 11-6. As for Uintah, their win bumped their record up to 12-2-1.
Both the two teams just can't seem to miss. Uintah has been making plenty of contact this season, having averaged 10 hits per game. However, it's not like Mountain View struggles in that department as they've been averaging only 5.4 hits. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Uintah got the 'W' in their previous meeting back in April of 2025 against Mountain View by a conclusive 15-0 score. Do the Utes have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Bruins turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
