Somerset Academy South Homestead scored the most  points they've had all season  on Friday, but it wasn't enough. They lost  42-20 to the Marathon Dolphins.  Marathon got their  win on the backs of several key players, but it was  Lezcano Carlos out in front who rushed for 146 yards and two touchdowns on only six carries. Marathon is undefeated when  Carlos posts two or  more  rushing touchdowns, but 1-2 otherwise. The team also got some help courtesy of  Fabbianho Lous Louis Jeune, who rushed for 103 yards and two touchdowns on only 11 carries.
 Somerset Academy South Homestead dropped their record down to 1-4 with the  defeat, which was their fifth straight  on the road dating back to last season. As for Marathon, the  victory was  the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 4-2.
 Both  teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Somerset Academy South Homestead will face off against Palmer Trinity at 4:00  p.m.  on Friday. As for Marathon, they will square off against Coral Shores at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Marathon knows how to get  points on the board -- the  squad has finished with 31 points or more in their past three contests -- so hopefully Coral Shores likes a good challenge.
