After having lost a blowout to Burke/South Central in their previous game, Gayville-Volin was happy to find some success on Friday. Gayville-Volin were fully in charge, breezing past Centerville 56-0. That result is just more of the same for Gayville-Volin, who also won the last time these teams played.
The win bumped Gayville-Volin's record up to 0-1. The loss dropped Centerville's record to 0-2.
Both teams are staying within the conference for their upcoming matches. Next week, Gayville-Volin take on Avon at 7:00 PM. As for Centerville, they will face off against Tripp-Delmont/Armour/Andes Central/Dakota Christian.
