Hillcrest is a perfect 3-0 against Woodruff since February of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. Hillcrest will face off against Woodruff at 7:15 p.m. Hillcrest's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for three straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Hillcrest was handed a three-goal defeat in their previous outing, but that didn't affect their clutch gene on Tuesday. They skirted past Easley 1-0. Hillcrest's winning goal came courtesy of Natalie Perry.

Meanwhile, Woodruff came up short against Greer Middle College on Tuesday, falling 6-3. Woodruff were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 4-1.

Hillcrest's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-2. Those wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those four matches. As for Woodruff, they now have a losing record of 4-5.

Everything went Hillcrest's way against Woodruff when the teams last played on March 1st, as Hillcrest made off with a 5-0 victory. Will Hillcrest repeat their success, or does Woodruff has a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
