Adding to the longest winning streak in Cardinal this week, Wayne beat Barbour 53-25. The victory was the 11th in a row for the team.
Wayne led the league in scoring this week after putting up 53 points on the Colts.
Thanks to the talents of Blake Rose and Brandon Ward, Tolsia has been able to do all sorts of things on offense. Rose is tops in the league in passing with 525 yards, while Ward has rushed for 778 yards this season. Tops in the league in receiving yards is Poca's Tyler Gibson, with 334 yards on 15 catches.
The top two teams in the league will face off this week when first place Wayne takes on second place Sissonville.
The top two defenses in the league will face off this season when Sissonville takes on Tom Harmon's team. The Indians have allowed 193 points this season, while the Pioneers have given up 189.
Sissonville made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 5,352 from 5,828. They were able to move up in the ranks after a 46-6 victory over Mingo Central last week.
