There's no place like home for Wasco, who bounced back after a  loss on the road  last Friday. They never let the Kennedy Thunderbirds get on the board and left with  a   13-0  win  on Tuesday. Considering the Tigers have won four contests by more than six  runs this season, Tuesday's  blowout was nothing new.
 Sienna Lugo was a standout: she scored three  runs and  stole a base while going 3-for-4. She also put up a  double, which was her first of the season.  Karime Raya was another key player,  going a perfect 2-for-2 with two  runs, one  triple,  and two  RBI.
 Lugo wasn't the only one working in the  hit department: Wasco  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 12  hits. That's a new  trend for Wasco: they were averaging 4  hits per game earlier this season, but in their last 15 matches they've averaged 10.4.
Wasco is  on a roll lately: they've  won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-6-1 record  this season. The  victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 12.8 runs over those games. Kennedy is  on  a  seven-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 3-8.
 Wasco has already played their next contest,  a  2-0  defeat against Monache on the 26th. As for Kennedy, they will take on Wasco at 4:00  p.m.  on Thursday.
