Baseball Recap: Northeast Dubois Wins Going Away Against North Knox

Northeast Dubois barely beat North Knox the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Jeeps blew past the Warriors 10-0 on Wednesday. The result was nothing new for the Jeeps, who have now won seven matches by eight runs or more so far this season.

Aidan Sheetz was incredible, going 3-for-4 with three RBI and two doubles. Eli Schroering was another key player, going 1-for-2 with two stolen bases, one run, and one RBI.

Northeast Dubois was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .455. They are a perfect 6-0 when they post a batting average of .375 or better.

Northeast Dubois has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 9-6 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.7 runs over those games. As for North Knox, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-9.

Northeast Dubois wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 4-1 victory against South Knox on the 8th. As for North Knox, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 5-4 loss against Washington on the 9th.
