After constant struggles on the road, Highline have finally found some success away from home. They were fully in charge on Friday, breezing past Evergreen 48-13.the rankings were on Highline's side, but they didn't forecast quite such a lopsided result
The game started off well for Highline, whose offense put up 28 first-half points. Meanwhile, Evergreen couldn't get anything going offensively, leaving the score at 28-0 heading into the break. The offense for Highline continued to do well in the second half, scoring another 20 points to put the game away. The victory bumped their record up to 2-5. Evergreen are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-7.
Next week Highline take on Eatonville at 8:00 PM. Highline will be hoping to continue their now three-game streak of scoring more points each contest than the last. As for Evergreen, they will face off against Nathan Hale. Both of those teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
