The Lincoln Leopards are on the road again on Monday and plays the LaCrosse Leopards on February 5th. Both teams come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Even though Lincoln has not done well against the Panthers recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. Lincoln snuck past the Panthers with a 45-40 victory.
Meanwhile, LaCrosse waltzed into their match on Friday with five straight wins but they left with six. They claimed a resounding 75-31 victory over Ness City at home. LaCrosse has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven matches by 20 points or more this season.
Lincoln pushed their record up to 6-5 with that victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.5 points per game. As for LaCrosse, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 11-2 record this season.
