There's no place like home for Pender, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Monday. They put the hurt on the Oakland-Craig Knights with a sharp 50-26 victory on Saturday. The Pendragons have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four games by 20 points or more this season.

Pender's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Trevor Trimble led the charge by putting up 16 points. Trimble is trending in the right direction considering he's improved his point production for three straight games. Ryan Krueger was another key player, going 6 for 12 on his way to 14 points and seven rebounds.

Pender was working as a unit and finished the game with 12 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Oakland-Craig only racked up four assists.

Pender's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-1. As for Oakland-Craig, their defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 7-2.

Pender will face off against Bancroft-Rosalie at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. One thing working in Bancroft-Rosalie's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last six contests. As for Oakland-Craig, they will square off against Omaha Nation on Tuesday. Oakland-Craig is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 52.1 points per game this season.
