Softball Recap: Seneca Gets the Win

While Seneca's victory against Travelers Rest wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Bobcats sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-1 win over the Devildogs on Monday. The Bobcats haven't had any issues with the Devildogs recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Seneca now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Travelers Rest, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-2.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Seneca is set to challenge their familiar foe Daniel at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Travelers Rest will take on rival Greer at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
