Ada-Borup is 9-1 against Park Christian since December of 2018, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Ada-Borup Cougars will head out on the road to face off against the Park Christian Falcons at 7:30 p.m. Hopefully Ada-Borup focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 15 on Friday.
Ada-Borup had to kick off their season on the road, but they showed no ill effects. They enjoyed a cozy 66-48 win over Hawley.
Austin McCraven and Charles Scholl were among the main playmakers for Ada-Borup as the former scored 13 points along with 8 rebounds and 5 assists and the latter scored 18 points along with 7 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Cadyn Dahl, who scored 13 points along with 3 steals.
Meanwhile, Park Christian couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They fell just short of Avail Academy by a score of 55-53.
Ada-Borup's victory bumped their record up to 1-0. As for Park Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.
Ada-Borup took their win against Park Christian in their previous meeting back in January by a conclusive 78-55. Does Ada-Borup have another victory up their sleeve, or will Park Christian turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
