Volleyball Recap: Sheldon Wins Going Away Against Florin

Sheldon hadn't done well against Florin recently (they were 0-3 in their previous three matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. The Huskies put the hurt on the Panthers with a sharp 3-0 victory. The Huskies were shut out 3-0 the last time they took on the Panthers, so the Huskies were just returning the favor.

Sheldon was especially dominant in the third set. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-20, 25-15.

The win got Sheldon back to even at 1-1. As for Florin, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Sheldon is headed away from home for the first time to square off against Rosemont at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Florin, they will head out to challenge Argonaut at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
