Community's hitters rose to the challenge against a Bulldogs pitching crew that boasted an average of only 3.67 runs allowed on Friday. Everything went the Community Braves' way against the Edgewood Bulldogs as the Community Braves made off with a 13-2 victory. Considering the Braves have won four contests by more than eight runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Community's win bumped their record up to 6-1-1. As for Edgewood, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-6-1.

Community has already played their next game (against Liberty Christian), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Edgewood, they will square off against North Forney at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday. Edgewood's pitching crew has only allowed 3.7 runs per game this season, so North Forney's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
