Canton scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Monday. They managed a 71-67 win over Rockville.
Meanwhile, Sports & Medical Sciences Academy had already won six in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 24.7 points), and they went ahead and made it seven on Monday. They strolled past Windsor Locks with points to spare, taking the game 71-52. Sports & Medical Sciences Academy pushed the score to 60-37 by the end of the third, a deficit Windsor Locks cut but never quite recovered from.
Canton's victory ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 3-11. As for Sports & Medical Sciences Academy, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-3.
